In some cases failures easily disappoint us, especislly if we know we did our best. With my past experiences however, I take failures as challenges, thinking that such trials won't let me down and just give up. How about you friends, do failures easily disappoint you?

Never. I treated failure as a perfect room for improvement and personal growth. If we don't fail we will never learn. As what one poet says: Failure, more than success, is the beginning of wisdom. So I will never disappointed if I fail on a certain aspect. I just shrugged it off and cautious the next time to avoid the same mistake.

"Failures are stepping stone to success". The most famous proverb everyone would have come across. But its always not easy to treat failures as stepping stones. Definitely not for me. However I try my best to reduce the impact of failure on me by concentrating on new things and topics. Still they haunt me very badly. Only thing you should make sure is that this current failure does not account you for future failures even if not be able to turn them into success.

Yes, we should really lessen our expectations.
Over expectations always leads to disappointments.
You should always have the policy to give more and expect less.
When you give more you have an immense feeling of joy. You feel as if you have done a very good job. But expecting a lot more in return is wrong as it'll lead you only to disappointments.
So why make so high expectations when you know the result is going to be saddening....sweet dreams

Yes, failure easily disappoints me. I try to take failure as a challenge, and just to try harder next time but sometimes I just can't, and get disapponted. I often do de best that I can, but a few month ago I failed at something, and I know that I did not gave my best effort, which makes feel disappointed and mad at myself.

This is depends on the nature of the task I am /was in. If it was just a try or not so serious one might be I wont get that disappointed. But I have seen people getting hell like frustrated even at their trifler failure. This should not be the case in fact.
Failure surely hurts. But for every action we must be ready for the failure for there is no guarantee that we would succeed in every attempt that we make.

Well I have seen lot of failures in my life and one thing I learned from them is that one should face some failures in life in order to understand the true value of success.
Some people call it luck some people call it mistakes, it can be anything a failure is a failure. Once you accept that you have failed, I don't think there is any disappointment left. This is because as soon as you accept that you failed, you immediately start thinking "why and how ". And that's it, its the beginning of the journey towards success.
