Help !! tell me do you believe the prices!!

Hi all my friends at my lot. As you know i am an avid shopper online and i was surfing the net when i stumbled upon this website http://www.principalfashion.com/. I am not an affiliate here but i was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is real because the price is too good to be true. Anyone ever shop here??
