Do you feel confident of your own face?

Maybe it's a different question for you. We are all unique in someway. .No two persons are alike in this world. We have our own style of speaking and mannerisms.Every thing about us is different from others Yet standing before a mirror we always have this feeling of insufficiency. We are never satisfied with how we look I am told,that even film personalities, who are considered handsome and beautiful feels physically not totally satisfied. Many film personalities have undergone cosmetic surgeries to enhance their looks. Either the nose is too long or the ears too short. If only the lips were a bit thin and eyes a little bigger.These types of feelings must have entered us at some point.Do you like your face as nature created? If not what alterations/replacements would you have done if you had the chance?
