I personally believe that the key to happiness is gratitude. I try to spend a couple of minutes each day to list down the things I'm thankful for. Try it out. You'll be surprised at the amazing things you have in your life no matter how little it is.

I try to be thankful for being alive and it makes me happy. However, it takes a lot more than that to keep the conflict and unhappiness away. Tonight, my boys had an argument and there was nothing I could do to resolve the situation. They would not listen to me and I felt really bad and my chest felt heavy and constricted.

To me, to be happy is to have a clean heart. If our intentions are pure and genuine, definitely, we would be happy in whatever we do, be it small or big. We may be faced into different circumstances, but if our intentions are true, then happiness just springs. Thank you. happy mylotting!

I think the key to being happy is, the right people in your life, a job you love doing and just a great sense of well being. Also to be happy i think you should appreciate everyday and live it like your last, don't be scared to take risks and stick up for yourself instead of taking crap from everyone :).
