i'm a nurse by profession. i don't work as a diet consultant nor a fat person adviser, yet i've seen and have proven that loosing weight in less than two weeks is possible. surgeries need not be an option of getting rid of your fatty bulges, but dieting with exercise really does work! here are the tips that a chubby female gave me...and i was amaze! ! week only! 1.i would suggest you to focus on one GOAL...loosing weight! 2.try to concentrate, you don't need to omit any meal nor choosing food to eat! 3.if not tolerated...then stay FAT! here it is! ... ... ... NO RICE OR ANY FORM OF CARBOHYDRATES STARTING SUNDAY UNTIL FRIDAY! YOU ONLY ARE ALLOWED TO EAT 1 CUP OF RICE ON THE MORNING OF SATURDAY! POST YOUR RESPONSE WHEN YOU TRY IT...AFTER A WEEK! you"ll SEE!

Hi, carlfrancis! Someone told me about this about three weeks before my recent surgery, so I did it for three weeks, and added about 30 minutes of walking a day. I lost more than 30 pounds! It works, as long as you don't stay with it too long, so you won't have nutritional issues!

My father tried this one popularized, of course, with some more detailing as GE Diet. The feeling of fullness that would be lacking would make one compensate for in the coming weeks by eating more of carbohydrates? How do you get over this feeling of "craving" for carbohydrates? I feel the body can make its demands since the senssors are all in place.

I prefer to do sports to keep weight. It's really difficult to keep carbohydrates out of sight. LOL
