Do you judge people on the music they listen to?

Never have never would or will..I dont judge ppl on superficial things like that (or their job, how they dress, what kind of car they drive etc..)....I ONLY judge a person on their character..

This is a great question! I am afraid that I have to admit to being a bit judgemental when it comes to friends and their musical tastes. I really love music, but real music by real artists, not the mainstream garbage that commercial radio stations play. I do not understand how people can listen to the same monotonous and talentless music day after day and enjoy it! I will not dislike people just because of their music taste, but I am more likely to be closer to them if they are interested in the same type of music as me! By type, I do not mean genre, as I like many different genres, but it needs to be real, not the rubbish that seems to top the charts these days!!! :-)

The music I listened to reflects my moods.When I am banging with alternative hits-it means I'm emotionally strained.When I am listening to R and B-it means Life is not messing with me.Anyway I don't used to judged people with their type of music.Me myself have unique tastes of music.Some may not like my songs but I won't care anyway.

Hi, I have to admit that there are many styles of music that I don't enjoy listening to, but I feel that everyone has the right to choice the music they enjoy. I can't force anyone to listen to the music that I enjoy, which is jazz, pop, easy rock, religious, and a few more, so why should I expect anyone to change their choices just because I make a request.

I don't and I won't judge people by the music they dig. I'm a music lover so I can listen to any artists, any songs, any genre! I can easily appreciate anything regarding music - so yeah, that's my personality!
