I also recommend Odesk. I just started applying for jobs and I'm getting to know how it works. It was recommended by a reliable Mylot friend so Im trying it out. Too bad there aren't any Mylot writing task these past weeks. I dont think I'd be able to reach the minimum payout this month without those writing tasks. :(
