Know any tweaks to get the most out of your pc.?

I have found some interesting things on the internet which lead us to the msconfig utility through run command. There we can disable the startup items and also disable the services which are of no use to us.
Do you guys have any more tweaks to make the computer run like it was when we had bought it new?

Hello,
I don't really know any tweaks to get the most out of my PC. I just run the defragment option to at least keep my computer running at an optimal speed, that is all I do. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!
