I dunno what's my favorite way, especially if hubby is making them I'm happy! But I love his omlets. And when we have an abundance of eggs in the house I'll fry them up and add a lil seasoning and leave the whole carton cooked on a plate on the fridge. I like to use those and make a sandwich or the kids like to grab them and munch on them.

Well when I cook my eggs, especially scrambled eggs i make sure I break open the yellow blob so it can spread out everywhere on the white layer. Certainly does taste a lot better than when you don't open up the yellow blob. I am always used to it that since little.

I agree I dont' care much for the yoke when it's a big chunk of yoke either.

lace eggs. that's when you put extra butter in the pan to fry it,and it makes a tan lacey edge to it.

Never heard of "lace" eggs. I'll have to try that some time.

Most of the time I just scramble my eggs. I couldn't make an omelette to save my life! But I also like hard boiled eggs. They are yummy! And I guess it makes it easier to make an egg salad sandwich. I think although I'd prefer to be able to make omelettes, my favorite way to cook eggs is to boil them. I don't have to add any salt or pepper, it's good just like that.

oh, any old way, plus mustard, well, maybe an omelet with cheese, but mostly with mustard....

I prefer to eat fried eggs, but I like making scrambled eggs best. They are just easier than trying to not break the yolk in a fried egg. My kids prefer eating the fried ones too. Yolk still runny.

There is only three ways I like my eggs cooked: well-done, scrambled or hard-boiled. I would tend to choose hard-boiled due to it is versible to making egg salad sandwich, or cubing it up and putting a little bit of melted butter for a quick meal, or maybe the next night to chopped and put on top of a dinner salad. I am not big on eggs and do not have them stocked up. I generally buy eggs when I know I am going to be doing some baking. Smiles.
