Best on the series

the one thAt are new aren't as good but if they made ones that had more thought put in to them then they would have a big deal out of it

I think the best FF games are FFX and FFXII. I loved the battle systems, the characters, and the story. The graphics are definitely a major major major reason why I got the games. The stories were too. It was just so much fun to play the games. I'm actually still playing FFXII because I have so much fun playing it.

I played FF7 first, but, frankly, the one that lured me the most was FF6. A more intriguing story, good enough graphics (People put too much weight on this, it shouldn't matter half as much in a RPG when the core it's meant to be the story), the characters not only had diverse personalities but rather exquisite mechanics in battle, the villains were memorable. All in all, for the time it was from, it was a superb game all around that knocked over all the sequels in everything but graphics if that bothers you so much. To some point, music, but FF6 had some pretty neat tracks too.

many gamers say that the first ff uv played wud be d most memorable n fun 2 u! i assume dat dis is tru in ur case? bcoz mine was ff9, my first ff game n it really hits the spot! lovable characters n compelling story! ..when ff10 came out it blew me away awesome grafx, very stylish characters, and the soccer/battle,(blitzball?) game was just amazing! ;) final fantasy forever!! now thats FFF hehe! ;)

If u ask me, I'll said that ff-7 is the best. Many strong enemy like those WEAPON. Many hiden place, chocobo farm and racing, tournament. Well...I JUST LOVE FF-VII. Btw...does anyone know what desert rose and flute that I got by defeating The WEAPON use for? I have no idea...

In battle system i like final fantasy XII, it battle system is like vagrant story (real time rpg) so when in battle we are not waiting to long for the loading, but in the story and design character i like final fantasy 7, the characters are special and have each characteristic.

well for the best one of the ff8 because it got much better graphics much better battle system. In ff7 the materia system was good but that took lot of time to master ans some of it you get in the last of the game so it's really not worth it.
