I love my veggies, they are very good for you. The best advice I can give you is to make them to your liking. You need to experiment with different ways of making them and combining them with foods you like. That way it would be easier for you to kind of hide the taste.

This sounds like a problem that many young adults have. I know I raised my children to eat veggies when they were young but as they got older they did not eat as many veggies as they once did.
You might try to mix diced veggies in with some of your favorite foods. Now all of my children are grown and are learning to eat veggies again. One thing I remember the girls boyfriends fussing about us having squash and other veggies mixed in the spagitti sauce, but several months ago I was in their home and he made spagitti for dinner and there were all of those veggies in his sauce too. It made me feel so good.
Keep trying, veggies are an aquired taste and if you force yourself to eat them for your pregnancy, then I know you will teach your children to eat them and that means you will eat them too. Just keep trying them fixed different ways until you find a way you like them.
I know living where you do you are limited in the way of fresh affordable veggies, for every 2 veggies you eat then have one fruit. That will give you something to look forward too.

Do you eat vegetables raw or cooked? I personally hate cooked veggies, they don't taste good to me, but i have no problem eating them raw, i love them raw. try to look up raw vegan foods on line, you might find something you would love there. there are many great dishes you can make with veggies. i just had zucchini with raw salsa yesterday, it's simply great...

hi, I love vegetables. I can not eat my meals without vegetables, it is true. What is the reason you don't like vegetables? There are so many types of vegetables, so try to get some of your favorite. For Chinese, we cook vegetables with garlic. sometimes, we add little ginger too. You you don't take the garlic and ginger, it is fine, they just give better aroma to the dishes.
If you are worry about your health, maybe you can chop fine the vegetables and add it into your daily food. Good luck my friend

What vegetables have you tried and you don't have to eat vegetables plain... you can try vinegers and seasonings (like cumin powder and chili powders)... Green Bean soup is delicious... condsed milk, freshcut frozen greenbeans, potatoes and bacon.... you can only start liking vegetables if they're mainly what you do eat for several tries. You'll get so used to the taste that they'll start tasting delicious.. not all of them but some of them anyway.

Hi thanks for the response....Thanks for the advise but one thing I can't do to your advises is use vinegar as seasoning...Cause I also don't like the taste of vinegar...I think not eating vegetables is a psychological problem of mine..

I am lucky because I like vegetables, especially those with big green leaves; they taste nice either raw or cooked. Unfortunately, the place I live doesn't not have many choice for vegetables either. It is usually the rotation between carrots, green peppers, tomatos, packaged salad and spanich. Hardly can it bring any inspiration.
I found chinese restaurants have some interesting way of preparing vegetables. They usually stir-fry veggies with meat and thick sauce. Dishes are full-flavoured and the combination of tender meat and crunchy veggies is quite tasty.
Or maybe growing your own vegetables will give you more motivation to eat them? There are some rockets prospering in our garden at the moment. It's good fun to pick them up for lunch every day.
Don't force yourself. Enjoy eating them.
