When ever we have fish, we always have salmon. Salmon are said being the most healthy fish to eat. However in Sweden this fish is very expensive and are considering being a luxery food on the table. But since my son love eating salmon we have this often. I put some extra since kids are often not keen to eat fish in the first place. I make the salmon in the oven or on the stove and cook rice to go with it. My son do not like souce, but I like to have some and have a certain fish souce to go with it to and for cooked vegetable. what is your favorite fish to eat, and do you have salmon often or is it to expensive for you to eat often. We eat salmon once a week.

you are right. Salmon is very good food. because i like fish very much, especially Salmon, so i have salmon as often as i can. Basically i can have salmon almost one time per week. As you said salmon is a expensive fish, so i always keep my eye when i shop in supermarket to see if there is a sale on Salmon or not. it's very strange. the uk is a island country, but it seems the british people don't like seafood. my husband is typical one. he doesn't like seafood taste. so sometimes i have my salmon, he has his beef steak. i'm a little surprised Salmon is also expensive in your country. i thought your country would have a lot of Salmon on market. happy Mylotting.

Well, sometimes there is a sale on salmon here to. But it mostly cost about £40 for four bites of salomon. And it is a lot. However, fish in genereal is expensive since the lack of it in the seas...Nice that you at least have it sometime, even though your hubby do not...haha

I can't remember the last time I ate salmon. It had to be at some restaurant because I have never purchased salmon, and I know my mom never made it. Fish is usually too expensive for me to buy. I did however have tilapia this last week. It seems to be the most affordable fish to buy around here. But personally, I really love trout.

Hi spiderchenw, Nice to see you find mylot. Well, sardines I eat to from time to time. Those are also expensive here in Sweden. They often sells with tomatosouse. And sardines are more a breakfast fish for me, then a dinner fish. the health departmend do recomend that we eat fish three times a week. Now, the oceans and sees are bleeding and the number of fish are shrinking, that means fish are getting more expensive. But the amount money we have to spend on food do not increase. However, I will continue eat fish, and salmon are on the menu for our dinner today.
