have you ever heard it is not good to eat the bread which just fresh from oven?

i like eating the bread which just fresh from oven,it tastes best when taken piping hot,but i heard it would be better to eat after heating out.so do you have heard it or is it right?

I've never heard of this! I hope it's wrong because I love bread fresh from the oven, too. I can't imagine why it wouldn't be good for us to eat that way.

i think it is not good to eat bread fresh from the oven for sure,but it is not much influence for health,so if you like just eat it that way,i think it is ok,after all you have eaten that way so many years.

Yes, I have heard that. I think it is something to do with the yeast - maybe it is harder to digest when it's still hot, not sure.
