I have skin problems every summer. I am told it is because more sweat and oil are coming out to take out toxic elements. If not promptly and properly got rid of, the skin will easily get harmed. Besides, drinking more water, cleaning is very important for healthy skin.

Hi zhuhuifen, I find the opposite. In the summer I spend more time outdoors, although this does tend to be in the evenings as the sun is too hot during the day. If I am going outdoors or to the beach I always use high factor sun protection and find my skin is softer. In the winter the cold and wind tend to dry it out much more plus the use of indoor heating also has a drying effect.
