A Change I'd Like To See

I love the show but this is one of the things that bothers me. Why not have the favorite "couple" as the winners? Seems odd that a competition which depends on the dynamics of a male and female working in partnership... throughout the series, must be narrowed down to only one winner. Like judging apples and oranges! Why not at least select the favorite male and favorite female dancers? Also,why change partners? Why not have the same pairings from beginning to end?

I totally agree with you it should be the couple or at least the best male and the best female. All that work and only one wins I just don't think its fair at all. I don't know why they do it this way but I'm going to try and write to the show about making a change for next year.

That would be great if you did write to the show to provide some constructive feedback. Another thing I would like to see ... are the actual results (total votes for each contestant)televised.
