what is the better way to reduce weight without exercise ??????????????

i want to reduce weight but dont want to do excercise i have controlled dite but it isnt giving me better results sometimes i think to purchase sauna belt or jogging machine but my jeeju (brother in law ) had burnt their stomach by sauna and i am also going office early in the morning so also nt able to morning walk and gaining weight is the biggest issue because it not only effect my looks and health but also i feel so unconfortable while doing some special work so this is just now a headache for me so please give me suggessions

hi jassi, well these days obesity is becoming a biggest problem for every one. There is no doubt, every one looks like smart and perface shaped and offcourse there are lot of limitations of obesity also. And for working women, its a very big problem. But there is no necessaty to use of morning walker and sauna belt for this case, for me if you try to control to take spice food for few days, you will find postive results in your body, just try for few days, leave all the fats and carbohydrates in food and take one thire of the meal from 100% of that, and take milk and juiceevery day and I am 100% sure that you will be able to fit your body. byeeeeee

Well, jassi, looks like you are searching for cheese without milk. I tell you dieting is never a solution to any health problem. Low diet does not make you slim but makes you weak. Complete healthy diet is essential.
Secondly, all these weight control supplements and accessories are not only a waste of time but also harmful. Actually, they remove your fat, but weaken your muscles and bones. Even if some of them have impacts on your muscles, they promote convulsions. Never use them.
So, you have to buy milk if you want cheese.
Means, you have to exercise be it heavy exercise or yoga. If you don`t have time for exercise, you will either have it get some time out or include exercise in you routine activities, like you try to move your hands and feet fast while doing work etc. But, beware, don`t hit your hands on things while moving them fast.
Be healthy naturally, otherwise it will harm you later.

If you are not going to excercise then you need to cut calories, this is going to make you hungry so buy veggies that do not have calories such as zuchini and celry and fruits such as strawberries. They have vitamins but basically no caleries so they will not make you gain any weight.
You could try an evening walk or purchase a treadmill so that you can walk on it at home. I walk on mine during the commercials of my favorite shows because it is to loud to walk on it during the shows.

I feel the strenous city life is almost equivalent to doing 50% of required excercise.The rest can be achieved with meditation and yoga.Have a good day
