What do you have in BREAKFAST

When it comes to start the day,I do it with toast,omlette or the indian parathas.Everyone say that breakfast should be made as calorieless and as light as possible.I try to have it that way,but more than often I end up having a lot of parathas.Toasts and omlettes are the lesser part.What do you prefer to have in breakfast.

Hi friend.......Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.I love paranthas especially allo vale paranthe.....!
I have them on sundays but not every sunday.......!
I take two slices of brown bread with a glass of cold milk.But they surely cannot be replaced by the punjabi paranthas...........!!!!

I am a punjaban.........!!!
And i eat brown bread bcoz my doc says.............otherwise also it is fine..its lite..........!!!

This morning I prepared sotanghon soup and fried shrimps for me and my son(my husband is working abroad)...And of course hot coffee for me and hot chocolate for my son..Usually every breakfast I always prepare egg omelette and and fried rice but if there's available stuffs in our refregerator then I am experimenting recipes for the whole day meals.

hi devmitra , my dear friend, i am also an Indian so i also love vto have nice paranthas and that too of potato and with white butter and curd. i love that a lot. i know it is too fattening but i love it. i alos love to have other type stuffed paranthas. otherwise i love veg sandwiches and milk shake. that is one of my fav too. i love cold milk, milk shakes and cold coffee. my hubby loves all this but at times he also takes cereals, oats, muesli and all that type of stuff.

Yes, breakfast is important. I normally take cereals and milk. Buy sometimes I will skip my breakfast as I don't know what to eat. Hence I will have my lunch early on that day that I have skip breakfast.

Actually, breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, with a snack for lunch and a lite dinner. Toast and an omelette are great, but you should definitely use whole wheat toast and maybe add a side of fruit. Always enjoy your breakfast as it is the start of your day and should be yummy!
