I was just reading a question for someone and they said something about having unresolved respones and I am wondering this: How do you go about resolving this? I see where I can go to my unresolved area, but how do I resolve these? Can someone please help me with this? Thanks much!!

Well, unresolved responses are those that you have not rated or you haven't chosen a best response. There will be a problem when the discussions you have posted haven't been responded by any one. But none the less if anyone has responded or even if there are only two responses which might not be any good in your opinion you should rate them to get rid of unresolved responses. If you keep a lot of unresolved responses on your account your reputation might be at stake.

If you choose someone`s response as the best response then the discussion is considered to be resolved by you. Only the discussion starter could resolve his discussion. You will see a link called mark best response in each of the responses. The person whose response you chose as the best one will receive an increased income and that person`s rating will also be increased.
