Doctor's prescribtion do you adhere to it

Do you adhere to your doctor's prescribtion? I do, but i do practice self medication atimes. I see a doctor, only when i have unusual sickness or symptoms. I won't see a doctor if am having headache, sleepless night and lots more.

I usually try not to see doctors. I dont agree with medication they give you having worst side effects than the condition you have. I believe their is a natural way to treat just about anything. Only in case of an emergency I will go see a doctor besides that I take my own products that I distribute, which are the best products in the prevention of diseases due to the fact that they target your immune system.

I have not been sick in over a year anyways. If your immune sytem is strong, then it does what it was designed to do, which is help fight and prevent diseases. Granted if there is a real emergency, I will go see a doctor.

when i see a doctor, i do it for an MC . I usually throw the medicine away xD hehe
