I am not and I can't wait to start Uni. I do market research and trust me its one of the most boring job you could ever have, you get told off nonstop from people on the phone who you try to call to get them to do few mins surveys. The good thing is that it does pay good money like £7 an hr but unfortunately i am not a person who is motivated or driven by money at all...so that won't help pff.

I like my job. There's always a possibility to get more. I deliver pizzas, and the faster I get in and out, the more opportunities I'll get at getting tip money. I wish I didn't have to work so hard, but I have to work every minute I can. That money pays the bills.

No, I drive my own personal vehicle. I haven't been in an accident in years, which I'm glad because that can affect my job. There has been some prank calls, but it's a very low percentage.

Woah cool, do you drive the motorbikes then? I always wondered how does such a job feel. Have you ever had an accident then or prank calls? Must be hard and stressful then wasn't it?

I like my job but I'm not happy with it anymore. I just can't quit because I still don't have other employer to work for.
I like the kind of job I'm in but the current work I'm doing seems so boring. We have a lot of things to be done, but all were of the same thing, queries and reports, like what I am doing years back, I can't see any challenge at all. There isn't a room for me to grow. There were supposedly technical works but it's done by only one person (the team leader), the rest of us was stuck by the boring work because she (the team leader) alone hated it.

Damn am sorry for what you are going through, all i can is keep applying for those jobs that you like and hopefully you may get through to one sooner or later. I understand how you feel, my first and current job is very much the same, it just a process of repetition and it completely bores your mind and body, you just want to quit so badly.
I am very picky when it comes to life and doing what i want...i wonder how long this will last untill i finally have to accept and stay with a permanent job...crazy...

I am not very happy with my present job as a schoolteacher. Because I have no much freedom in this kind of job. I want to do many other things aside from teaching. I hope I can have more time doing other things.

Really? What do yuo mean when you say freedom? Not getting to teach the things that you like? I plan to become a teacher in the future, i believe that with patience, determination and keeping a cool head teaching can be real fun. For some reason I do find little kids to be hilarious in some of the things they do and yes there are times when things gets out of hand too hehe.

Ohh, That kind high pay for a boring job. Maybe now you do not feel motivated by the money, but once you see how important the money is, you won't mind working no matter how boring the job is. To say I'm happy, not exactly, but I'm satisfied considering it a stable job and enough to pay for my necessities. Its not my dream job, but now, I'm will face all the troubles and challenges come along. I've been in places where the work is bad, and worst and many workers at that place do not like the job, but they stand to work there because of the money. But I'm really thankful with my current job.

Well am pleased to hear that at least you are satisfied with your job although it may not be your dream job. Yeah i know once responsibilities gets in the way then working will become a must not a choice anymore. Just gonna enjoy life as it is right now untill I finally get the job i want and try and settle with life.

Hi Monserblood,
Cool name! i just transferred to the job one years old. At first, i have some interest and motivation to the new job. But now, i become more and more boring to the job. Maybe the money is the main motivity to do the job, i think. Everyone may be gradually boring with his job after he have been familiar with his job and accomplish the responsibility very easily. Do you agree with it!
Happy mylotting!

I understand the position you are in and yes i do agree with it, a job that is too repetitive is defintely one of those that can bore you easily just like my job too in a way. You just gotta keep at it i guess so to make your living hehe.

that is life. sometimes we have to do what we donot like, just for a living. even if you are not a person who is motivated by money, you have to admit that we cannot live without money and thus give up some principles.i am not happy with my current job, but i cannot quit. because i need it to feed my kid, that is my responsibility.

Yes thats right, the reason you can't quite is because you are trapped in other words. Once responsibilities come in the way its very hard to change your job let alone be absent for a few days, i ceratinly do understand you situation, hopefully in the future you shall find a job more suitable for you and that you may enjoy.
