I am a David Bowie fanatic!!! I love him so much it hurts.

Suzycutee, you are more of a fan than I. Heehee.. Very cool taste though, I mean Mr. Bowie is remarkable and throughout his career has presented some highly rated top quality music for sure! I have bought a lot of CDs and that boxset he released too, and put together some compilations onto CD from my favourite music that he's recorded. I'm sad actually, heehee, put it together in chronological order. It's really interesting listening to his different eras. The very early days have this naive charm about them, kinda dreamy and fun. Then the early 70s when he began to create his image and the glam-ish style of rock, then transforming into something else and maybe struggling a wee bit in the 80s? I mean there are sooooo many highlights during that decade, but somehow to my ears that era seemed a little diluted in comparison to his other work. I love his 90s stuff and most recent recordings. Mind you, it's all subjective when it comes to tastes, but I really do appreciate and like his music overall. Some real classics in amongst the wealth of musical material. What did you think of his Tin Machine albums?
