HELP my games won't load??

I am trying to play and I know my Java is up to date. Everything goes fine I see the little advertisement, it acts like it's going to load and then when the ad is done it will say "done" in the little status bar at the bottom but the box is blank? What can I do to fix it?

Try restarting computer then log on again.It does that to me too at times and I restart then log on again

I will try that. I did find the information in the help section on pogo, and followed all steps there to make sure java was up to date, and enabled etc.. but I hadn't restarted my computer yet. We're about to eat supper but when we're done that is what I will do is restart again and try again. Hopefully it will work

Thanks sweet it worked and now I am happily playing pogo again. UGH I have to upgrade to paid member though I miss playing Canasta
