Do you believe that happiness exists?Do you believe finding happiness on that level exists , or is it contentment with life the best we can hope for? I think I know only one person who is heart body and soul happy. It's a beautiful thing to see. However most people I know are either just content in life, or are happy with one aspect only, or miserable hat do you think? Is that kind of happiness a realistic aspiration in life?

Happiness is a state of being and it can change with various factors. It is difficult to just being happy always! Even an out and out comedy movie will have some emotional scenes where other states are expressed. So I think, no mortal can claim that he or she is always happy. But there are many who are happy and content. And myself, I cannot say I am always happy but I am also not unhappy. Most of the time I feel good about myself and happy too!

Happiness is truely strange!when dropped on the world we cried as a drop of rain, but to everyone He/She is happy, deeply without any reason. And then,to be a child, our happiness may be based on a piece of candy, yeah,it's sweet! And now most of us always ask ourself where the happiness goes,I think the happiness just like the piece of candy, but we wrapped it up with a paper.

Happiness do exist however I think that being happy wholeheartedly, bodily and in our own soul also depends on the person because we can get a good news and we do not feel it is complete but if we think positively and believes that what we got is more than enough then we can be happy in all these factors.
My dad is someone who is constantly seeking for perfection but he is missing the happiness we get when we achieve something, we have to make up our mind first that what we got is more than we perhaps deserved or more than enough and then we can celebrate the happiness wholeheartedly.

To be truly happy one has to accept that life is full of ups and downs. A person can truly be happy even during the bad times if they keep this in mind. You can tell a happy person even when it is only shown underneath the sad or hard times.
I know that two of my three children are truly happy with life as God has granted it to them. I know the other daughter is working hard to make her life that happy. I love being around all of my children, but being around people that have the happiness bubbling out of them is uplifting.
It is not something that comes naturally to most people, you have to work hard at it, but it is worth it. To me; any day I can get up and move around I am happy, even when the pain is bad there is still happiness in life. I know that every person on this earth has trials that they have to go through and it is up to us to make ourselves happy. No one can do it for you. If you are not happy with yourself; do not like who you are then you can never be truly happy.
God bless. Have a positive attitude. Life is worth living and life in itself should make you happy.

Personally, I believe true happiness can only be had in the spiritual world. Material happiness is very transient and temporary. Those that are connected with God or to a higher spiritual reality are the ones who have real happiness in their souls/mind and body, but on the outside they may experience alot of angst from time to time, because this world is a very materialistic place. I believe true happiness is rooted in God alone. Once you have this, nothing can really ever get you down.
