Working in own company or Working with other people's company ?

Hi. I am working the some other people company for almost 13years. I experienced 1001 color,sincere or acting friend whenever we are traffic with problems. What would it be like if we have or own company to run ? will it be more challenging than working under someone's instruction and policy ?

i prepare working in my own company, i know i will be encountering problems but it's just natural if you are handling a business. the best thing about this is you do not have a manager, in this situation, you act as the manager. You ask someone to do something for you.
