One my friends told me that he saves file without naming it in his Windows word 2003 edition and did not reveal how to do it? Can you please advise me how to save file without naming the file in word 2003 and is it possible to do it? I think he can conceal the name of the file but it is not possible to save file without naming the file. What is your take on this?

If you do not choose to give a name to the file then Microsoft Word will automatically append the title of Doc1, Doc2 etcetera for each documents created.
You are not able to use the spacebar only to name a file, which removes that option of creating a blank name. You could always try using unicode to enter the space charater, which may possibly allow you to do this.
The obvious question would be "Why does anyone want to do this?".
