You got that right ! This is why so many kids are obese these days,people are uneducated about food . I eat very little meat never red ! Take supplements and Eat tons of greens, grains and fruit.I also feel great eating this way. Its the only way to stay healthy and fit.

I eat lot's of fresh fruit and vegetable's all the time. everyone should eat fresh food it is better for you than canned food that has all that additive's in it

yes,you r right.we shld take more vegetables and fruits which are natural.now a days in mechanical life of human beings nobody are intersted abt their wellness and eating all junk stuff out side.which are seriously dangerous to their health and they r becoming overweight which inturn causing severe illness.so i request everybody to go for natural things like vegetables and fruits and some case natural food suppliments instead of oily and spicy dishes to take care of their health.Iam wellnessconsultant..just check the website and get back if u need ny help further.http//www.herbalife.com.
