what kind of exercises you do to remain fit?

what do you people do to remain fit? is it yoga or gymming and rigorous exercises or aerobics or just walk or jog?

now i m trying to make my body fit . because my friends kidding me for looking fat . i m woke up daily morning 5 pm and make one hour running in the ground . Then came to home and do yoga for one hour . Now my weight is reduced 2 kgs for 1 week .

OMG 2hrs of sport everyday..trying to lose weight but never successful. Now i know why.. As for me, i just started learning yoga. only form of exercise i do currently.

Nothing 24 hours a day. Well I don't do any regualr exercise I do have to clean, cook and run around all day after my kids. I do want to go back to doing regular exercise but not until I don't have to be runing behind my kids or atlest my baby that is one.

i do yoga, which is good in several ways, and go swimming sometimes but i think if you wanted to say lose weight then something very energetic like running might be best. i had a few extra pounds several years ago and running got rid of them like magic.

I don't exercise nearly as much as I used to, although I'm a vegetarian and I am allergic to dairy and wheat, so I'm not really concerned with my weight, since I can't eat anything anyway. My favorite workout is yoga, because it's relaxing and relieves your stress, and you have a great body. I find that with high impact stuff like running or tai-bo (both of which I've tried and given up on) I find myself without the energy one day, and then the next day I don't have time and before I know it I've broken the habit and then I never do it. I also like workout DVDs because I can do them at home and most of them have ten minute sections so they're easy to do before work.
