Laughter means a lot for human health. Laugther can contribute to a stronger immune system, increases the abilitiy of a person to cope with various problems, reduce stress, improves life(as the belief), improves your mood, reduce chances of stomach ulcers, helps in muscle relaxations and mind relaxation, reduce hypertension, decrease in infection(due to improvement in immune system). So there is lot more reasons for us to keep laughing!

What you told is right. But i think that the reverse is also true. When we are happy we laugh. And when we laugh we become happy.
I had many experiences like that in my life like some times when i will be very sad i will just go out with my friends and there will be a great time joking and laughing and all my sorrows just vanishes.

Hey,
Yes I also actually think that if we laugh, we will reduce our stress levels. But it is really bad for me, because I don't really laugh that much. I hardly even laugh more than once a week, their is not much reason for me to laugh. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

I have heard about this. You are correct. Big Laugh lets out the air inside the body and gets the fresh air. At normal breath we respirate a small amount of air and in that a few percentage of oxygen is being taken. So Laughing makes to get more oxygen. And While laugh the lungs expands and contracts more and so the lung gets healthy and flexible surroundings.
Happy mylotting.
