Have you really tried to help someone at the best of your ability?

Sometimes we don't help others at the best of our ability. I would like to say that when someone is week in one area and you are strong in another help them even if you can not provide help you can give them access to numbers and resources out the that can. 211 is a number anyone can call to provide resources to help someone get a job. housing, counseling, and any personal needs. It is just like calling the number 411 for information for a phone number.
Call 211 United Way
Sometimes just helping by making a phone call to even get the number for the person helps so much because a person can deal with embarassment or their mental state might not be there

I usually help people the best I can. If someone asks me something, I try to do the best thing. I may not go into lengthy details for time's sake, though.

That is good I believe in helping others but not too the point where you hurt yourself and thats when you direct them to the sources that can help them.

Yeah. I've never really understood why some people will just not be nice for a change. Who cares what people think of you for helping people? Anyone who makes fun of someone who is helping someone is a lowlife jerk.

helping someone does not necessarily means to come in really bad times but to be there for people who need a support and a hand which will tell him/her that he/she is here for that person, I remember my sister was seeking for help and she went everywhere but did not come to me and when I came to know that I help her out and she said that she was feeling shy to ask me, so this also happens. To help someone no matter in which circumstances is always good.
