do you go back for seconds. I usually eat what I served myself and do not go back for seconds. Sometimes, I might have a small bite more several hours later. How about you, do you refill right away, or wait until later, or are you satified with what you initially had?

No I don't get seconds. It one plate of food and that is it. I call it portion control and then I'm able to have dessert without guilt later.

Well, uh, I guess it depends how hungry I am. Sorry, but I am a bit confuzzled with your question.

Usually, I am content with what's on my plate, unless something is really yummy, then I might go for seconds.

That's how I am, I usually accept what I serve myself and that is that. I generally eat to satify my hunger, most of the time I will have the left overs for the next day, rather than go back for seconds.

In these economic times, it's a good idea to save the leftovers for the next day.

I usually only go back for seconds if it is takeout food that is on my plate like pizza, or chinese food or something like that. Other than that I usually just eat whatever is there and call it a day.
