Manual Traffic exchange site which allow frame break?

Hi
i am looking for a manual traffic or surfing site which allow frame break links to promote.I have tried easyhits4u.But they dont allow.Any other site which allowed,if anyone knows,please share.I will join.

Please can you explain me what is frame break is? I did not get with that word nor i have come across that word so kindly do help me.

Frame breakers are the site link with a frame on top (or on any part of the page), or a link that shows a different page before being redirected to the main page. If you know linkbucks, it uses frame breakers.

I myself dont know much about it.Most of traffic exchange site does not allow it.
