what will happen next with PTCbux?

I joined a PTC website called PTCbux a couple of weeks ago. At my first day i clicked 4 ads and requested to pay to my PayPal account. at the next day I got paid. so I decided to click again. I clicked a couple of days then I found the minimum payment to Paypal account was $0.5, i thought it's ok. i continued to click. Today I reached the $0.5 then i tried to request. then i found the payment is incresed to be $0.75. now i don't know it's the scam or not. i wonder if i reached $0.75, the website maybe increse the minimum again. so i never reach my payment. Does anybody know the PTCbux? What will happen next with the minimum payment?
