My son ask teacher $100!

Hi, I just to a random check on my son(17) school attendance record. To be surprised the record said he was absent due to sick with medical certificate but to my knowledge he went to school. I saw him in uniform went to school and return late in the nite because need some extra study but his study never progress his exam failed. Another surprised when check with teacher, he borrow $100 with reason parent was in overseas trip he has no money for food. I was always i town. How to talk to him, at this moment he didn't know that I aware on this matter.My wife didn't know too, she is the one who always give him allowance?
