Tonight I learned a trick from TV. If your potato chips are not crisp, you just need to put them into the microwave oven. Then after heating it for a minute, it will be crisp again. I think it's very useful because sometimes I finish eating the potato chips for several days.

That is really great to know. Although in my family there are 6 of us so the huge family sized bag of potato chips is usually eaten all up with our sandwiches we are eating. I mean literally that the bag is gone by the end of the meal! But, once the kids are grown and out of the house then I will have to remember this handy little hint. Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

Wow! Just a minute we could let the soft potato chips to be crispy again! Yeah, I have come across such annoying problem for quite some time. When having family gathering I always prepare lots of potato chips. All the kids love this very much. But it’s rather disappointed that after some time the chips will become soft and not tasty as well. Youless, your useful and wonderful tip really help me a lot. Thank you very much my dear. You are really generous and always happy and more than willing to share all the useful tips here with us. I’m really glad that there will be no more soft potatoes left on the coming party. The guests will be happy to enjoy the crispy potatoes chips throughout the happy occasions from the beginning till end. Take care and happy posting

Thanks for the tip! It is a waste to throw away chips that lost its crispiness but then its no longer good to eat if its not crispy at all. The fun in eating the chips is because of its crispiness. I do not have a microwave at home yet but I am slowly finding reason why I should have one hehhe

Thank you so much for the trick, I just threw away 2 half bags that was stale. I try to keep the bags closed with those clips that you put on packages and I even put them into plastic bags after I open them, but will try this next time. If you live alone, it takes awile to eat a bag.

thank you for the tip the next time i get chips and they go stale i will put them in the microwave and make them crispy again. i usually would just throw them out and it was such a waste that i only buy a small bag of chips so it will all be eaten when we open it. now i will be able to buy the bigger bags again and not have to wrong about throwing the bag out because the chips are stale. i will also be saving money buying the bigger bags.

I never would have thought of that. I would have put them in a regular oven, but the microwave is much faster and easier. Thanks for this handy tip.

i dont think i need that advice lol for a bag of potato chips wont last in our hpuse for five minutes. i have four teen children and a bag of potato chips wont even satisfy them, they have to have one bag each. ans here in our country the large bag of potato chips is not that large so they can finish it all up in one sitting. i hope you can imagine it lol. but true, your way of making the potato chips crunchy again is by heating it again.

wow thanks for the tip. now that i think of it again, its kinda like getting rid of the moisture that made it stale. i find that potato chips can actually last quite a long time before it gets stale. i use to do this for salsa chips just to make it nice and hot.

Really? Hmm, I don't think I can use this information, when we have potato chips we usually finish them in minutes. And besides we don't have a microwave. But I'll keep this in mind. Who knows in the future this would be useful. Thanks for the info.
