How to fill in "payment information"?

Hi, I am a newcomer and have a confusion about it. I am sure that I have filled in the "address" and "Confirm PayPal eMail" and the update have been confirmed. However, when I click the "payment information" again, why there is no information on these two blanks? Is that normal or not?

That is weird. Maybe you just need to refresh your page? Or keep trying until it works?
