Do you agree that money is important than relations ?

Both need not be compared is what I feel. I know some people who wants money. But they want money so that they can help family and relations. The relation would not understand them and some misunderstanding occur. Relations break because of misunderstandings not because of money. If you want money you can go for it but also tell the relation about it.

Could you agree that water is more important than air for survival? Or vice-versa perhaps? No, you can't! Because, only when they co-exist, would you exist. Similarly for money and relationships - since they can't compensate one another, they must have to co-exist for life to sustain. It's not OR, but AND. Balancing both is the key. People who ignore one for another are simply ignorant! For your last two questions, the answer is NO.

Both are important. Without money you can not make the wheel of relation run and without relation money is nothing but a stuff. So both have their specific purpose and one can not be prioritize over the other.
