This is really a question that a lot of people ask when deciding buying a T.V. I really think that it is an important question because both of them are so different. The plasma one now is becoming less and less popular as it is evident in any store you shop, it's always going to be a L.C.D TV. I really think that somehow L.C.D is better, because it is liquid crystal display, unlike a plasma T.V which I believe actually uses real plasma!
I have heard claims that Plasma doesn't last as long as L.C.D, and it is not good to play video game consoles on it, such as the X-BOX 360. L.C.D seems to be the next ideal thing in every monitor screens, as all new computer monitors are becoming L.C.D.
What do you think is better and how come plasma is not being made by manufactures any more (barely made) ?

Could you tell me the reasoning? I too am eager to know which one is better but I'm pretty sure L.C.D is in the lead as most companies are selling it instead of plasma.
