So what's everyone having for dinner tonight? I put a ham in the oven around 1pm & put it really low like on 250'F so it could slow cook all day long...just checked on it & it looks really good! We'll have veggies with it & some potatoes...then for dessert buumbleberry pie!! What's on the menu everyone??

Hi ckhair, that sounds good, no matter what I've fancied making it's been way to hot to go anywhere near the cooker the last few days so dinner has been salad, salad and more salad. Good job I like salad. I think it's dinner out tomorrow night so hopefully can choose something hot as someone else will have to cope with a hot stove -umm that blueberry pie sounds good.

It has been warm here too, but I figured I would put the oven on low as to not heat the house up as much...plus last year we got this new stove & it doesn't give off as much heat as the old one...I do enjoy salads too...yesterday I got one from this deli with grilled chicken & honey dijon dressing...yummy!

I'm having a vegetable stir fry with brown rice tonight. The rice is cooking on the stove right now i'm and going to go and start chopping up vegetables soon. I love this dish because it's so healthy. Vegetable make me feel full without feeling gross and it's so good for your body. I don't have any dessert on the menu tonight but i did make some fudge last night which i might have some of after dinner.

I always like to talk about What's for dinner! :-) I have prepared stuffed Quahog and garlic honey baked chicken for dinner, maybe make some rice to go with it as well! :-) That sounds verygood, I'm still waiting to cook it.
