How many hours do you sit in front of your computer for?

well....it depends....if movies are on fast d'load then ll spend more time d'load to finish soon n watch the movie.....if its slow...ll turn the monitor off n sleep.... now mylot s gonns change things i guess.....me being ol at this latenight is evident to this....

i usualyy spend 10 12 hrs in front of my vomp this includes watchin some movies,tv series and stuff playing games rarely.....most of the time surfin the net or chattin(tht i try to avoid) and then some time arnd 2 3 hrs fr my clg wrk so its basically like im either out , or in clg but wen im at home my lappy is on and im using it ...............

Hi Jugs..it really all depends on what else I have to do that day as to how much time I can have on the computer. I do things a little slower than most people because I have dial-up internet and as we know it is slowwwwww!!!. I try to give some time to each of the sites I belong to and I have given up trying to keep up with my e-mails because that is a loss cause. Just to many of them to be able to keep up. Hopefully one of these days they will get high speed where I live and I will be able to do things quicker. flutterby

depends really what sort of mood i'm in,until 3 wks ago i was on it bout 3-4 hrs a day,now i'm only on it bout an hour tops,coz i can't really be bothered at the moment

ugh, not enough. Maybe 30 minutes to an hour. I used to be online all the time, but now I'm just too busy. Also, my internet really stinks. But I'm going with a new internet provider in about a week, so hopefully that will improve.

It depends on what is going on, but I usually spend an average of couple of hours a day on the computer. Some days I won't be on it at all, but then other days I will be on it for half the day catching up on things. I don't do it all at once, though. I will be on it for a while and then go do something else and come back.

I usually get in 4 hours per day like you it is not all at one time. But is still to much.

I'm a clerk, so I spent 7 hours on the computer doing my clerical tasks. Then after I reached home, I spent another 6 hours online - checking my emails, forums, gaming, downloading, etc. Sometimes I surf when I'm working. Just to release some tension. Hehe....

I spend about 6-7 hours on the computer at work, then I come home and if I'm not playing sports, I plop myself in front of the computer for another 6-7 hours. Of course, I'm not constantly on the computer, but it's close.

for me, weekdays will be 8 hr (office) + 3 hr (home) = 11hours in front of computer. weekends, it depends. maybe around 5 hours.

wow, i think i sit in front of the computer too much time. cause it's abt 10hours. my god. i told myself i couldnt be so, but i couldnt move away from the computer after work. i must sit before the computer abt 7.5 hours in the daytime, cause it's the demand of the work. while after the work is off, i still sit before the computer.

me, it depends, sometimes 3-4 hours, the longest i stayed is for 6 hours... i watch movies, read emails and chat and do some mylotting

I too am addicted to the computer but most noticeably the internet, and sites like these where you can discuss just about everything you want. I probably go on the computer for over 6-7 hours a day, but I think i need to trim it down a lot and take breaks in between. think that if I stare too long at the monitor my vision in ime will decrease too, which I do not want happen to me!

I always infront of computer almost 8 hours if i don't have any activities. I check my email, searching money online, and playing game.... I like playing Mafia Wars...

Hey, Well usually I sit for about 9 hours per day on the computer, that is when I have a lot of time on my hands. But most days I usually spend about 5 hours on the computer minimum, like today, I think that it is really relaxing for me too. I love going on myLot, and especially YouTube. Usually 3-4 hours a day on weekdays, and around 2-3 hours on weekends. I am exhausted when I get home from school and my activities, so often I just plant myself in front of my computer because it relaxes me. Of course I am not on here constantly - usually for 30 minutes at a time or so. Some times I feel so tired though, that I actually do just sit here and type continuously, but that really only happens if I had a long day or something.
