Women as the weaker gender in Domestic Violence

Do you honestly believe that up to this day, women is still the weaker gender between the two? I don't think so, I have been researching about Domestic Violence in our country, and it's really shocking still to see that there's about a hundred laws protecting women but almost none for men specially in cases of domestic violence. My point is simple. Domestic violence is not a gender issue, this is universal, so why protect the women only? www.diegosilangmovement.org
