to change or not to change a new job NOW?

Well, it really had to depend on your current situation, and the reason why you want a change of job. I mean, it's not very good to change a new job, but if you really could not take it, and do think that you can find a better job elsewhere, then I do say that you can go for it. If not, you can also try to look out for a new job, while staying in your current job. If you really find another better job, you can then throw in your resignation letter.

With the current market and economic situation its better to be on safer side. I think its not good idea to change a new job unless the company is not doing well and the company is in trouble. But, if your company is doing well and it had not got affected by economic slowdown & able to sustain, then stick on with the company until the recovery.
