I definitely prefer to use paypal when i'm doing business online. I do this because paypal has been around for a long time and has built up a good reputation. It's easy to use and i have never had a problem with it before. I have an alertpay account as well but i don't really use it. But for shopping online i would recommend using paypal. More websites will accept a paypal money transfer then from alertpay. Hope i was helpful!

I have both a paypal and alertpay but I prefer paypal. This is only because I am more used to using it, I can have a verified account without sending in any photo ids or stuff like that, and I like the email I used with paypal better. The fact that I have an unverified account with alertpay means that I can only receive payments that are under $500, I am pretty sure. So all in all I use paypal because it works better for me and most everyone uses it still. Alertpay isn't quite as widely used yet, so for the time being I recommend paypal.

thanks alot, maybe alert pay is more secure but payapl to me is far more convenient because alert pay ask for too much information and too limitied, thanks AJ88A8 i'm glad i cleared that up i guess ill keep both account but most of my money in paypal.

Hi there, well i am using paypal for less than a year already. I signep up for alertpay because one of my earning site pay only in alertpay but i dont continue using the site so I stop using alertpay also. But most of my earning sites pay in paypal so right now i choose to have my paypal account and so far i dont encounter any problem withdrawing my money in paypal to my bank account. Goodluck and keep on mylotting.

alertpay is good for lower fees, it also won't close your account at their own will like paypal. But, problem is, paypal is vast more supported than alertpay. But, if your business can support alertpay, you can use it. I think, there should be some good compatitor of paypal like moneybookers & alertpay , more so that, paypal ,lower the fees & stop closing account anytime...

I have never dealt with AlertPay since for ebay PayPal is the method of payment and therefore I would rather just deal with one account. Plus I have a bank account so therefore I don't need to worry about checks being sent to me. Plus why have 2 accounts to try to deal with instead of just using PayPal since more sites I think tend to offer that then AlertPay only - the ones that mostly have AlertPay only tend to be the scam sites.

I prefer Paypal rather than Alert pay because Paypal i think is more widely used rather than alertpay. And I think Paypal is more secured.

I prefer paypal as this is the most widely used payment processor world wide. Alert pay is slowly starting to pick up but still paypal rocks.

I've used Paypal for years now. I recently signed up for Alert Pay and discovered they have a referral program! The site which led me there, ValueBux, did not work.

I've had a lot of success with Paypal, so I've never even bothered to look into Alert pay. I know there are some sites that only allow Alert pay though. So who knows, maybe one of these days I'll get an account! But for right now, Pay pal works for me.

Comparing to Alertpay, Paypal is more secure and doing better till now with less complaints. Its better to go for paypal.
