but what about at work time...if in the office if we love browsing than do or duty????any way to overcome??

Uh....I turn mu computer on when I get up to check my e-mail before I go into work..including my work e-ail..(go figure that one) and then here I am up late when I should be sleeping surfing the net and hanging out on myLot instead...I seem to be gettting less and less sleep the last few months...lol
