Wow ! thats really good.. i too had lost once around 4kgs in 4 weeks but that was a routine of early morning 4 glasses of warm water and then 1 hr excersize and the break fast, lunch , dinner had only fruits, vegetable and juices. the vegetables were cooked without oil and i did not even touch a single chocolate and there i had lost 4 kgs.. bascially i was on a diet.. but it worked for me perfectly...

Hi sue, it's nice to know that you have reduced weight successfully. Wow, lost 5 kilos in 4 weeks. It's really amazing. Yeah, the way you mentioned is really effective.
To me liposuction is extremely scary. I couldn't hardly imagine how dreadful the process going on is. I'm not brave enough to try this if I were badly overweight.
Yeah, I think it's the best way to reduce the excessive fat by the help of taking natural juice product. This is because the products don't contain any chemical composition.
I take the enzymes drink daily at the moment to keep myself healthy. It's brewed from natural organic fruits. There are different flavors available. I pick the one which suits me most
Take care and happy posting

I had been trying very hard to lose some weight. It is hard when you are over 40 and you are living a sedentary life. I am trying as hard as I can to really stop from drinking too much soda. It really adds up weight to my already heavy load. I have also been battling to eat too much rice. It is carbohydrates but it really adds up too much bulge in me. What I need to do now is to be disciplined to control myself and just to take little portions of what I take in. I have been getting feedback that my weight is taking a toll on me. It also adds up to how I look. I have been mistaken one time as a senior citizen. Ooouuuch. That really hurts.

ooouuch that would definitely hurt. try and replace your soda with some water and lime juice or something with a bit of sweetness too it.i think that soft drinks or sodas really stack on the weight. i have really gotten into the fruits and vegetables and low fat yogurts . i was once mistaken for someones grandmother one day, that really hurt as i have not got grandchildren.cheers sue

It is also my problem I'm struggled to lose weight for years. I'm exercise everyday but I can't control my eating habits because I really love to eat. Sometimes I very surprised about myself because even if I have illness I'm still have an appetite to eat because some you had it are losing their appetite but I'm never experienced that. I can't survive withouting rice or sweet it is my problem. If I'm to tired I'm tend to over eat and I think I should avoid it. I tried for months to lose weight but it is a failure.

this has been my problem too for years now, losing weight. i have tried, the over the counter weightloss pill and it did not work. exercising did well to me before, but as of now i have no more time with exercise being a full time mom and and online earner.
also i have hypothyroidism which makes me have a slow metabolism and easily gain weight. what i do now is to control my weight by drinking senna tea in the evening. i eat just enough, but still have to do that because of the hypo...
what juice are you drinking? i want to try it also.

Wow congratulations. That is a job well done. Keep it up. Keep your body fit and right. Be healthy to have a better life. It's not good to be sick because medicines are expensive. It doesn't feel good to be sick too.
I am also maintaining a weight. Good luck to both of us.
