Do you know that the stomach in our body is very flexible? The more you eat, the bigger your stomach will be. I can eat little in dinner when i am at home by myself. But, if i eat out, i eat a lot. Buffet? Oh, my, i am terrible on it, i will keep eating and eating, and it seems i never stop, finally, when i stop, i could hardly walk. So, i will avoid go for a buffet, what about you? Can you control yourself while you are eating a buffet dinner?

The last time I went to a buffet restaurant, I went with some friends. Out of the group, I was the shortest (5'8"), but I ate the most food. I have an insane appetite, so I could eat like a horse and be hungry again in an hour. That day, I ended up going through 12 plates of food, but had hunger pains 90 minutes later. It drove my friends nuts. Sorry, a body full of muscle needs constant fuel. That is the beauty of those things, especially if you can out-consume a horse.

I love to eat buffet. I hardly take too much food at 1 go. That's why I always think I pay that much and could not eat that much is a waste of money. So I rather go for ala carte.

That's the smart thing to do. One of my friend will not eat whole day just so that he can eat as much as possible for the money he paid. Lol

I cannot eat too much. When I get full then I just stop. Sometimes, I stop eating even before I get full. I prefer small meals.

Thank goodness, I can usually stop before my stomach complains, but I really can't eat enough in one sitting to make a buffet price worthwhile. I also dislike buffets in my town because the people always seem to be so rude there--and I'm talking about the customers, not the wait staff.

I love eating in a buffet.. and you're right my tummy is really big. LOL. I just can't help eating a lot, specially in a buffet, where you could eat anything and everything... You would usually see me hovering over the dessert table. LOL. In a buffet, I usually try only a couple of main courses, but I would try all the dessert in the table. Hehehe.

Ahhh buffet...Magical words. I love buffets especially done after weddings, baptisms, birthdays..... I know they are more freshly done than those served at restaurants because those served from restaurants are leftovers from those festivities. I love to dine at those eat-all-you-can restaurants especially dinner where there are 70 different viands that are served. I eat a lot during dinner because I'm a night person. I sleep around 2 am therefore I pretty much have digested all steak, fries, chips and sodas that i have accumulated.
