How do you ussually hold it when you wanted to pee while busy?

I sit with the legs crossed, and sometimes I prefer not to move at all to be able to hold until I go to the toilet to pee. I have been doing it for many times and now I know very well how to hold it.

Its lamost impossible for me to hold it at the moment as I am 8 months pregnant! Without being pregnant I can hold it for hours although its not good for you it can cause infections and all sorts as I was informed by my doctor when he found out i did that he went mad at me! Ooops, I have never experienced any complication from doing this but now I do err on the side of caution and will never hold it in that long again!
