There are people who don't like kids, there are those who are crazy over kids. Do you and your partner want kids? if so, how many?

Im only 20 but from a young age (4-5) I had a gut feeling that I didn't want children. It's hard to explain but as sure as the sun would rise the next moring I knew motherhood wouldn't be in my future. I see the value of raising children and applaud all the hardworking and tireless mothers and fathers in the world (they do an amazing job) but believe my purpose of life lies elsewhere and that it is not my path to follow.
It's not that I don't like children though and often enjoy spending time with young relatives playing games ect.. children are so free, creative and immaginative they really have alot to offer and teach us.

However I do see the oppurtunity of adopting one day, if the time is right. There are so many special and unique children in the world who need a home and if im able to provide a loving, nuturing and supporting environment then this may be on the cards.

I would love to have kids one day and I wish to have atleast 2 babies , a boy and a girl, and if possible then 3 years of gap between the two. Babies bring happiness in a house and I will wish this happiness too in my life and in my house.

Once I read that to have a second child it is better to wait for atleast three years gap as you can give the elder the affection which she/he might miss when the second will come so we can have time to spend with the elder too. However, If I become pregnant before the three years I will keep the baby though because me and my partner we are disagree to abortion.

Hello laydee. I love to have kids and I have got two already as I wish. I think that it is a very pleasant thing to have at least two kids so that the kids won't be lonesome. Kids are the future generations of our life and they are continuing our life. I feel fulfilled with my kids. I am very happy for my family. Enjoy your family as always, dear friend.

I already have children. Two girls. Sorry if I wasnt the response you were looking for. I did want to share that I always wanted children. I have buried 2 boys and a girl. I have lost a lot getting the two girls. My oldest is 21. I had her when I was 17. It was not what I expected. I had her when I was 29 weeks pregnant. She weighed 2 lbs 3 oz. It was a long, hard road getting her well. I lost two boys when she was two. I then had my beautiful second daughter at 9 1/2 months pregnant. I have lost a daughter after that. I am so sad that I am unable to have children. I have been in a great relationship for 5 years. I finally found my soul mate and have yet to get pregnant. It is something he wants so much. I know that he does and I can only pray that God will allow me to have one more. If I could I would have a million and rescue a billion more. CHildren are so important to me. Oh if only.... I see all these young women that have kids a dime a dozen and could care less. If they could walk a mile in my shoes they would appreciate the gift that they were given. Being a mother is a privelege. Good Luck to all those who receive it. DL

Having my own family is my greatest dream in my life. I have a loving husband and two wonderful kids. This make me fill happy and complete. This condition makes this life growing chromatic. Although sometime kids makes us angry, but that is colour from nuptials life. We have two kids and all boys. Anyway...boy or girl is same for me. They bring a happiness to my family....

My answer is that i want 2 kids, one girl and one boy. Both my bf and me like kids. Kids will bring so many joys to our life. But due to the regulations here, we will have only one child.

To any couples, there'll always be one or more reasons why they do want or do not want any kids. It drills down to their priorites and values in life.
Some couples just want to be together till they grow old without any kids as an 'interruption'.
But to me, personally, I feel that kids' presence completes a full family.
Apart from that, I feel that we are responsible to bring offsprings to this life and life goes on.
How many? I will say nowadays in this modern world, 2 will be just nice and that's what I'm aiming for as long as my health permits.
