If you take your old gold jewelry to get valued at your nearest pawn shop you will not be getting the right gold price and that is guaranteed. This because the shop buys in order to resell the items. You are getting less money so the store can profit. The online gold buying systems was developed with the aim to help those who want to get rid of old broken gold jewelry like: watches, gold rings, gold earrings, gold bracelets, gold necklaces, gold coins, gold chains and more.

Well selling your gold online goes like that: the buyer examines the current gold prices and then the value of the gold according to: quality, the karat, and the class of your gold, and taken into consideration the purity of the gold piece. Then look at the weight, and finally look at the gold market because you get paid according to the market, and not according to profit making on their part. This is kind of in a nutshell the whole process.

what about the stories of multiple items coming back undervalued until you contact customer service. i'd much rather get an offer in person and be able to walk away with my product at that time then mail it off and be subject to some faceless person. and the slow delivery time of your check:
"If you change your mind about selling your material or are dissatisfied with the amount of the payment you received, you must notify us immediately. If we do not hear from you by telephone or fax within TEN (10) DAYS of the date on the check we mailed to you, your material will be processed by our refiner. You must return the check before we will return your material. This time limitation cannot be waived for any reason. "
i have heard way too many complaints to just mail my gold off to some one i dont know. i use a local man i found on CL and he offers a reasonable price plus there is no 'lost in the mail' delays
