Is there any method to make corrections after submitting the discussion ?

Can we make corrections after submitting the discussions and comments in the mylot?
I never used to do corrections before submitting and after submitting I found severe mistakes in my grammer and structure of the sentence . Any one of you facing the same problem ?
How can we create a new interest in my interests ? If anybody knows can you please share in this discussion ?

As the other person stated, the only thing you can really do is get a post deleted by admin, but this will effect everyone who has responded if it's a discussion you've started, so just be careful when posting. Everyone makes occasional mistakes, which is no big deal... Just try to quickly skim what you're writing before you post it.

I too wish we had an edit button, at least one that opens for a short period oif time like 5-10seconds when we can edit any mistake we made in our post .Many sites have this facility and I wish the admins introduce this feature here too, it would be so very helpful esp for people like me who tend to make a lot of mistakes because of time constraint ..
