did/does it work? How much it cost?
Well, I am a smoker and already make several attempt to quit, and boy it so hard to do it. I tried those gums which is pretty expensive, also tried the patch. And heck, i even tried the cold turkey method by not buying any cigarette. So how's your experience in quit smoking?

I am also a smoker who wishes that I could stop. I have tried it all......zyban, patches, gum but nothing seems to make me quit. I know that it is awful for me as well as expensive. If I quit smoking I would save a lot more money than I make here a month! I hope that someone posts a good solution in response to your discussion. Good luck in your attempts!

Hi friend,
I would leave smoking when I start it. :) kidding.
Yah my friend it is very hard to leave such thing. Even I have not tried them ever but I have seen my friends trying to leave it but always lead to more and more sophistication and more smoking. But due to it one of my friend is not in the world now, leads to some of my other friends to have a lesson. Realization is important once you have realized how harmful it can be you would never go for it again.

Might be I am wrong, But think by placing yourself as judge or see deep in your life which had already been burned by you. I took lot of time not because I read your response late just because i m finding your questions answer. Even the lady has encourged me to not touch any nicottein at all in my whole life. If I can why not you.

My husband and I both smoke and wish there were an "easier" way to quit. It just doesn't seem to work. I went 17 days last month without smoking, but that was by being very isolated from my friends and keeping myself busy to the point of exhaustion. My husband has tried Chantix, and that seemed to work for him for a little while. He did go right back to smoking, though, when the prescription ran out. I honestly don't know what the answer is. Good luck!

Smoking less is a good start. The Chantix has some weird side effects and you have to have a prescription from a doctor, so it can get pretty expensive to try. I would read about it on-line before making your appointment with your doctor so you can ask him/ her any questions you may have about it.
